Bad Nauheim - hybrid / full-time

You don’t just think as far as the shelf – you think as far as the customer.

Marketing can produce beautiful images.
But you know that good work happens when products, markets, customers and sales really come together.

This is exactly where you come in.

At Simpson Strong-Tie, we develop solutions that help make buildings safer, stronger and more durable. Behind our products lies a wealth of engineering expertise, know-how and a commitment to continuously improving what we do.

To turn strong ideas and well-thought-out solutions into real market successes, we’re looking for you as a Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

You’ll play a key role bridging product management, marketing and sales – and be given the freedom not just to manage initiatives, but to actively drive them forward.

What you can expect from us

You’re not ‘just marketing’.
Nor are you ‘just product management’.

You bring both together.

Together with your team, the sales department and our European colleagues, you’ll develop ideas and initiatives that drive our products and our brand forward in the German market.

In concrete terms, this means:

  • You’ll further develop our local product and marketing strategy and turn it into concrete actions.
  • You keep a close eye on our product portfolio, identify opportunities and successfully launch new products onto the market.
  • You’ll develop go-to-market plans, campaigns and communication initiatives that not only look good but also deliver results.
  • You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing and sales are truly pulling in the same direction.
  • You’ll be responsible for trade marketing activities – from promotions and events to trade fairs and customer-focused initiatives.
  • You’ll further develop our brand communication across various touchpoints.
  • You’ll collaborate with external agencies and partners and manage projects independently.
  • You plan and manage your budget.
  • You will lead and develop your team and create an environment where good ideas can flourish.
  • You’ll be part of an international network and work closely with our European teams.

In short: you combine strategy with execution and ideas with impact.

What you should bring to the role

You don’t have to tick every single box.

But you should be keen to take on responsibility and drive things forward.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience and several years’ experience in product management, marketing or a similar cross-functional role.
  • Experience in strategically developing products and brands whilst also getting stuck in at an operational level.
  • A good understanding of markets, customers and sales structures.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and market information.
  • A passion for collaborating across departmental and national boundaries.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to win people over to an idea.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, engineering or a related field.
  • Fluent in German and English (in word and writing)

Experience in the construction, trades or industrial sectors is helpful – but not essential.

What matters most to us is that you’re curious, understand the bigger picture and are keen to make a difference.

What you can expect at Simpson Strong-Tie

We are an international company with a clear mission: to develop solutions that make construction safer and better. At the same time, we’re convinced that good results don’t come from rigid hierarchies or endless coordination loops.

But through people who are allowed to take responsibility.
Who ask the questions.
Who come up with ideas.
And who have the courage to do things differently for a change.

What you can expect from us:

  • 30 days of vacation and overtime compensation
  • Flexible working hours with core hours and the option to work from home after the onboarding period
  • Internal training opportunities, e.g., English language courses
  • Modern work environment with free parking, coffee, and water
  • Regular team events and on-site sports activities

Does this sound like your next step?

Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Whether your CV matches this profile exactly or your career path has taken a slightly different direction: if you think your experience, energy and ideas make you a good fit for us, then please apply.
