Manager Strategic Planning (m/f/d) – Central-East Europe

(Full-time, Bad Nauheim/Germany)
Are you passionate about strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration? We're looking for a Manager Strategic Planning (m/f/d) to help shape and execute our vision in Central-East Europe.
What You’ll Do
You'll work closely with the Regional Director and leadership teams to bring strategic plans to life. Your work will drive real impact through:
- Analyse market data and business intelligence in close collaboration with the Business Strategy Team
- Develop and drive strategic plans and key initiatives to operationalize the regional strategy
- Define benchmarks, monitor progress, assess results, and support leadership in taking corrective actions when needed
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and visibility throughout the strategic planning process
- Support change processes by implementing effective change management methods
- Coordinate and follow up on strategic project meetings (agenda setting, minutes, action tracking)
- Create and maintain project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Track the overall regional project portfolio and collaborate with the PMO on risk management
- Prepare professional presentation materials for board meetings, senior leadership, and local management teams
- Establish and manage reports and dashboards in SAP for performance analysis and updates
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Business Information or similar field
- 5 years project management experience on large enterprise level initiatives
- Strategic thinking and hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Excellence in PowerPoint and Smartsheet
- Bonus: PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2), SAP know-how, or experience in consulting/analytics
